8.6 User Responsibilities:

As outlined in the Tauke Go Terms of Service, users are responsible for complying with all applicable data privacy laws regarding any user data obtained through the platform. This includes:

• Allowing Tauke Go or the disclosing party to remove user data upon request
• Allowing Tauke Go or the disclosing party to review collected user information upon request, subject to applicable laws

8.7 Seller Responsibilities:

Sellers are obligated to comply with all applicable data privacy laws regarding buyer data received from Tauke Go. This includes:

• Using buyer data only for responding to inquiries and completing transactions
• Refraining from contacting buyers outside the Tauke Go platform
• Not disclosing buyer data to unauthorized third parties without consent
• Implementing sufficient security measures to protect buyer data
• Retaining buyer data only for as long as necessary and deleting or returning it to Tauke Go upon request or transaction completion

9.1 Age Restriction:

Tauke Go's Services are not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect or store personal data from anyone under 13. Our platform and services are not designed to attract children under 13.

9.2 Parental Responsibility:

Parents and legal guardians, please do not allow children under your care to submit personal data to Tauke Go. If a child under 18 in your care has disclosed personal data to Tauke Go, you consent to the processing of their data on their behalf and agree to this policy. We will close accounts used by children and remove/delete any data believed to be submitted without parental consent.

If you don't have an account:

13.2.2 We may charge a reasonable fee for processing your data access request. We will provide a written estimate of the fee before processing your request. You are not obligated to proceed if a fee is applied.
